New Hope Borough Council To Consider Amendment To Stormwater Ordinance

New Hope Borough Council has authorized advertisement of an ordinance amending Chapter 228 Stormwater Management. From time to time the ordinance requires updating with changes imposed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. This proposed amendment addresses several of the DEP requirements for compliance. The ordinance will be considered for adoption at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on September 20, 2022 at 7PM in the Borough’s public meeting room.
