New Hope Borough Has Openings For Parking Enforcement Officers

The New Hope Borough Police Department is currently looking for Part-Time Parking Enforcement Officers.

The positions available will be weekdays 10:00am-5:00pm and weeknights from 5:00pm–9:00pm and Saturdays and Sundays day cover from 10:00am-5:00pm and 12:00pm-9:00pm. The pay rate is $20.00/hour which includes paid training and uniform. The positions are part-time and do not include any benefits or paid holidays.

All applicants must have a valid Driver’s License, No Criminal Record, and transportation. (There is no public transportation to New Hope).

Applicants must: be able to deal with difficult people on the street in a professional manner; stand and walk for long periods of time; be dependable and punctual; work holidays; and if needed, weekends.

Job Details include: issuing parking tickets; working in inclement weather; and operating and understanding an Android-based handheld ticket device.
