NEW HOPE, PA — The New Hope Borough Police Department is looking for part-time officers.

The borough offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant community, which is home to many restaurants and attractions that draw people from the entire Delaware Valley and beyond. The department is accredited and adheres to a community policing philosophy. New hires will be working with dedicated officers and supervisors.

Eligible candidates must have their Act 120 Basic Academy and have passed the Pennsylvania State Certification Exam. They must also be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen, have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and have a clean criminal record.

Candidates must be able to perform the essential job functions of a police officer.
