New Hope Borough: Two Proposed Ordinances Before Borough Council

New Hope Borough Council has authorized for advertisement two ordinances that would amend the Borough Zoning Code. One would allow formula restaurants by-right in the SC Schopping Center District, the other would establish regulations for medical merijuana dispensaries and medical marijuana growers/processors.
