New Hope Unveils Pay-by-Plate Parking Kiosks

NEW HOPE, PA — New Hope has unveiled new pay-by-plate parking system. To explain the new system, New Hope Borough got some help from former "American Idol" star and Bucks County native Justin Guarini.
As he explains, the process is simple. Just enter your license plate into the kiosk, then insert payment (accepted payments include coins, bills, credit cards and phone app). Then you can add time, and even request a receipt.
You don't need to display your receipt on the dashboard; all payments are sent electronically to the parking enforcement team.
