Pet Masquerade To Be Held This Weekend In Lambertville

The Animal Alliance of NJ will host its annual Pet Masquerade this weekend in Lambertville. It will feature a pet costume contest.

The Animal Alliance of New Jersey will host its 13th annual Pet Masquerade this weekend in Lambertville.

The event, which features a pet costume parade, will be held Saturday, Oct. 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mary E. Sheridan Park, 37 York St, Lambertville.

In addition to a pet costume parade, the event will feature food, vendors and adoptable dogs.

Prizes will be awarded to best small/medium/large dog to best pair or group, and Best In Show. There is a $15 registration fee to be in the parade, which is free for spectators.

Animal Alliance is a nonprofit charitable organization that places animals removed from the shelters into temporary foster care where they are rehabilitated, spayed or neutered, restored to health, and readied for a
speedy adoption, according to its mission statement.
