Police Looking To ID Man Caught On Video Stealing Food In New Hope
Security footage shows the suspect filling a container of food, handing it to a child and then exiting the store without paying.

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — The New Hope Borough Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man caught on security footage stealing a container of food from McCaffrey's Food Market.
The theft occurred on Sept. 14 at about 11:30 a.m., according to police.

child and then exiting the store without making proper payment.
The suspect and child were also seen taking food from the prepared food section and eating it over the open food trays, police said.

Employees were forced to dispose of all the food per health and safety regulations resulting in a loss of more than $2,300 to the business.
The suspect and child were last seen leaving the parking lot in a white Ford F-150 pickup truck.
