Police Looking To ID Suspect In New Hope Retail Theft Incident

According to surveillance footage, 4 women entered a business on South Main. One of them was seen placing items in her purse, police said.

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — The New Hope Borough Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a retail theft incident that occurred on Nov. 2 at 4:14 p.m.

According to surveillance footage, four women entered a business on South Main Street. One of them was seen placing items in her purse. The stolen merchandise is valued at approximately $300.

The suspect is described as a middle-aged, Asian woman with dirty blonde shoulder-length hair, wearing a light-colored long-sleeve top.

New Hope Borough Police are seeking to identify this woman suspected of shoplifting at a South Main Street store.
