Police Seek Solebury Township Burglary Suspect
A man who was hired by a Solebury couple to restore a barn is accused of burglarizing their Aquetong Road home two years later.

SOLEBURY, PA — A man who was hired by a Solebury Township couple to restore a barn on their Aquetong Road property is accused of burglarizing their home two years later, according to police. Authorities in Solebury are seeking David Pratt, 37.
Police say Pratt allegedly burglarized the couple's home in May. The residents told police that in 2015, they had hired Pratt to restore their barn. Pratt never completed the work specified in the contract for services, police said.
The victims, who said they made numerous attempts to contact Pratt to finish the work, reported a loss of more than $42,000.

An active warrant has been issued for charges of felony burglary, theft and deceptive or fraudulent business practices. Pratt's last known address is in Plumstead Township.
