Poppa Frank's Opens At Logan Square In Solebury

NEW HOPE, PA — Poppa Frank’s American Kitchen has opened its doors at the former site of the Duck Soup Cafe at Logan Square.

“I’d like to personally thank everyone who came in in our first week of business to make a great success,” wrote Papa Frank on Facebook. “I look forward to serving everybody fabulous food in the future.”

The breakfast menu features buttermilk pancakes, Frank’s Fabulous French Toast, a poached egg on a bed of grits, old fashioned oatmeal, smoked salmon bagel, Poppa Parfait, avocado toast, eggs and omelets, quiche of the day, Nancy’s Famous Eggs Benedict, and breakfast Sammie’s.

The lunch menu includes Moose’s Homemade Chili, Frankie’s soup du hour, Caesar and House salads, vanilla, chocolate and black and white shakes, club sandwiches, 3 cheese grilled cheese, grilled chicken sandwich, Nancy’s Roast Beef Handwich, egg or tuna salad, tuna melt, cheesesteaks and burgers.

The new eatery will be open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
