Popular Lobsterfest Event Is Saturday In Solebury

SOLEBURY, PA — The 22nd annual Lobsterfest will be held Saturday, June 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Solebury. The popular annual event is a a picnic-style party with a lobster dinner and live bands, a raffle, crafts and children’s games.
"Lobsterfest is the major fundraising event for Trinity’s Outreach Program, which benefits organizations, such as, Mission Philadelphia, A Woman's Place, WorthWhile Wear/The Well, Episcopal Community Services, PeaceMeal, Fisherman's Mark, Aid For Friends, Delaware Interfaith Council, Haiti Disaster Relief Efforts and numerous others," according to an event announcement.
You can eat there or take home a lobster dinner that includes a 1 1/4 pound lobster or 1/2 rack of smoked organic pork ribs. Both meals include a beverage, corn on the cob, coleslaw and roll.

There is also a concession stand that will be selling hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, and other carnival foods. A homemade dessert table and Nina's Waffles truck will be available, too.
