(New Hope-Lambertville Restaurant Week)

LAMBERTVILLE, NJ — Pru Thai, one of the area's newest restaurants, is among the New Hope and Lambertville dining establishments taking part in Restaurant Week.

During Restaurant Week, which takes place from Jan. 13 to 27, Pru Thai will be offering a three-course menu for $35 per person showcasing vibrant, traditional Thai dishes, including signature favorites like Crying Tiger and Inferno Chicken, as well as the newly launched Pad Sen Jan — a flavorful dish of sautéed rice noodles in coconut milk crab curry. This special creation pays homage to the owner’s roots in the Chantaburi province on Thailand’s eastern coast, adding a personal touch to the menu.

While Pru Thai might be new to Lambertville — opening its doors in October — it has been a beloved neighborhood staple in Clinton, N.J., for the past 20 years. Since its Lambertville debut, Pru Thai has garnered glowing reviews from both local media and diners, quickly establishing itself as a must-visit spot in town.
