The Raven Resort has been put up for sale for an asking price of $5.9 million, according to an online listing by Kurfiss Sotheby's. The New Hope dining, lodging and entertainment venue is located at 385 W Bridge Street.
According to the listing:
"Since 1979, The Raven has become an iconic institution for locals who continue to depend on its first-class dinning, cutting edge mixology and welcoming entertainment. Faithful customers and informed new consumers rely on the consistency of their epicurean menu, their delivery of boutique hotel accommodations and their festive pool-side fun."
The listing says the property encompasses 2.4 acres.

According to The Raven's website, the resort was established in 1979. In addition to the rooms, the resort includes The Raven Restaurant as well as a bar and lounge, the Raven Pool Club and Raven Dance Hall.
