LAMBERTVILLE, N.J. - The Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Explore Lambertville, is inviting restaurants to register now for this year's New Hope-Lambertville Restaurant Week.

The mouthwatering event, designed to introduce residents and visitors to the vibrant flavors and dishes of the river towns, is scheduled for two delicious weeks in January.

"This is your moment," says the chamber. "For two high-visibility weeks from Jan. 12 to 25, our river towns shine as the region's dining destinations.

"This is more than a menu promotion," says the chamber. "It's a chance to put your restaurant in front of thousands of diners, attract new guests during a traditionally slower season, showcase what makes your food, vibe and experience stand out, and be included in a coordinated regional marketing campaign across the greater Philadelphia region."

The chamber says whether a restaurant decides to offer a prix fixe menu, specials, or a creative twist unique to their kitchen, Restaurant Week gives them the spotlight and the ability to be creative.
