Road Closures Possible In Lambertville For Water Main Project

Temporary road closures are possible over the next 2 weeks near Cherry and North Union streets for a water main replacement project.

Temporary daytime road closures are possible starting next week in the area of Cherry Street and North Union Street in Lambertville for a water main replacement project.

According to information from the City of Lambertville, Suez is planning street milling and resurfacing of the streets as part of the project. The work will take about two weeks, weather permitting.

"Please be advised that there will be temporary road closures and no street parking on parts of the road between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays," the announcement said.

Suez officials, in an announcement shared by the City of Lambertville, are asking for patience as work is completed. "We will work to complete as expeditiously and as safely as possible," Suez said.
