Solebury's Helping Friendly Farm Plans Day-Long Music Jamboree
Music, crafts, animal visits, and more are planned at the Helping Friendly Farm during Saturday' fundraiser.

SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — Helping Friendly Farm in Solebury will hold a day-long Jamboree on Saturday, May 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the farm, 3240 Creamery Road, New Hope. The event is billed as “a full day of music, creativity, and community on the farm,” with all ages and abilities welcome.
According to the farm, the fundraiser will support Helping Friendly Farm’s “inclusive, animal-assisted, and sensory-friendly programming.” The farm says ticket purchases will help it serve “children, teens, and adults of all abilities year-round.”
The Jamboree lineup includes Chris Harford and the Band of Changes, Back Porch Jug Band, Millcreek Bluegrass, Mini Music Makers and Music Together of Flemington. The event will also feature a silent disco by Inclusion Festival, yoga and circus arts by Circles of Communication, Twyl Whimsy on Wheels, gardening, arts and crafts, animal visits, and flower picking.

“Live music will be at the heart of the event, with performances filling the air throughout the day,” according to the farm. “Around the farm, there will also be plenty to explore. Guests can wander, listen, participate, or just relax and take it all in. There will be something interesting happening in every corner of the farm!”
Tickets are a tax-deductible $45 donation. Ticket prices are the same for adults and children, while children under age 2 may attend for free.

A limited number of reduced-cost community tickets will be available for families facing financial barriers. Festival passes allow re-entry during the day, according to the farm.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase, and guests may also bring their own food and drinks. “No glass will be allowed on the farm.
The Helping Friendly Jamboree will be held rain or shine.
