State Rep. Helen Tai will have an open house at her constituent service office in Wrightstown Township on Monday, July 9. The office is located at the Anchor Crossing Shopping Center, 842 Durham Road, Suite 22.

Tai represents the 178th district, which includes Northampton, New Hope, Upper Makefield, Wrightstown and Solebury.

The July 9 open house will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 9. Constituents of the 178th Legislative District are encouraged to attend. No RSVP is required.

She has also announced a new permanent phone number for the office: (215) 598-7615. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

“Excellent public service begins with accessibility,” said Tai in a statement. “I’m happy to announce this new location and look forward to connecting with all our neighbors in the district.”

Services provided at the office include help with any state government program or related service such as with PennDOT, SEPTA Key, unemployment compensation, birth certificate applications, state tax programs, state health care and prescription-drug programs, financial aid for higher education, issues with public utilities and more.

Tai also is encouraging those she represents to complete a constituent survey on her website, www.pahouse.com/Tai. The survey asks people to weigh in on issues, events and methods of communication.
