Stella To Ring In The New Year With Unforgettable Celebration

On December 31, guests are invited to a four-course tasting dinner followed by a countdown to midnight and a complimentary champagne toast.

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — Stella of New Hope, Bucks County’s modern American restaurant
located in the Ghost Light Inn with 180-degree views of the Delaware River, will be ringing in 2025 with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration.

On Tuesday, December 31, guests are invited to a four-course tasting menu from 5 to 11 p.m.

Curated by Executive Chef Keith Bernstein, attendees can look forward to highlights such as freshly shucked West Coast oysters with green apple and salmon roe, Chanterelle Pot Du Crème with chives, truffle, chanterelles, and French baguette, Waygu short rib with wild mushroom and black truffle, Ras El Hanout Crusted Duck Breast served with spiced couscous, sweet potato and coconut charred eggplant purée, crispy shallots, smoke salt, and duck jus, and more.

The celebration continues after dinner with a countdown to midnight and complimentary champagne to toast to the New Year.

Overlooking the Delaware River in the heart of historic New Hope, Stella of New Hope celebrates local flavor with beautiful dishes from Executive Chef Keith Bernstein, craft cocktails and panoramic views in one of America’s most beautiful small towns. The restaurant offers 130 seats with indoor and outdoor dining and private dining spaces for events and gatherings, while the
second-floor outdoor deck and waterfront terrace display sweeping views of Delaware River and Lambertville, NJ.

Currently, Stella serves dinner Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from
4 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m., Brunch Friday to Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, and a Bar Menu Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m.
