Supermodel Puts Bucks Co. Lavender Farm Back On The Market

SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP, PA — Supermodel Yolanda Hadid has put her beloved Bucks County lavender farm up for sale after an earlier sale fell through last fall, the New York Post is reporting.

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star announced the news on Instagram to her 3.6 million followers

“When the farm fell out of escrow last year, I chose to see it as a gift - more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,” she wrote. “Today, after a long winter, I open the doors again … with gratitude in my heart for all it has given me and my family.”

Her 32-acre Solebury Township farm - dating back to 1682 - has been re-listed for $10.88 million after being listed for the same amount last fall.

At the heart of the farm is its 1810 three-story stone farmhouse with its three bedrooms, five baths, and five wood-burning fireplaces.

The property also boasts three guest cottages, a “one-of-a-kind” 8,000-square-foot historic stone barn with hand-hewn beams and soaring ceilings, a dressage arena, a resort-style pool, vegetable gardens, lavender fields infused with color and fragrance, and a meditation labyrinth.

Hadid’s Instagram account is chock-full of photos of the farm, many showing the farm’s many animals and Hadid enjoying her relaxing surroundings.

“I just planted 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward,” she wrote on Instagram. “I trust in perfect timing. This kind of magic, you don’t own. You simply get to be a part of its story.”

The listing is held by Carl Gambino, of the Gambino Group at Compass, and Revi Haviv, of Compass New Hope.
