Where To See Santa In The New Hope Area This Christmas Season

Santa Claus is coming to New Hope-Lambertville for Christmas: Where to see him

NEW HOPE, PA — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many New Hope families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In the New Hope area, kids have several chances:

  • Photo with Santa are available for a fee at Giggleberry Fair at Peddler's Village in Lahaska on Saturdays and Sundays through Dec. 17 from 12 to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 12 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Visit Peddlervillage.com for details.
  • The Eagle Fire Company will hold its annual Santa Run on Sunday Dec. 17 starting at 1 p.m. Here is the expected route: Kingswoods, Riverwoods, Village 2, Breckenridge, Fieldstone, Wilshire Hunt, Northpointe, Sunset Drive, Parkside Dr., Chapel Road, Towpath Way, Hillside Lane, New Hope Borough (Main Street) and special requests.
  • The City of Lambertville Fire District No. 1 will escort Santa through town on Dec. 23 at 11 a.m. They will start at the firehouse, then head north to Cherry Street and then all around town.

Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.

Santa will also be at Macy’s stores in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Orlando. Locally, Santa will be at the Oxford Valley Mall daily through Christmas Eve. Stop by or make a reservations on the mall's website. He'll also be visiting the Neshaminy Mall Monday to Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

JC Penney stores, including its stores at Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, the Montgomery Mall in North Wales and Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville, N.J., are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
