On Jan. 24, the student artists were presented with awards for outstanding works. Best in Show, first, second, third place and Honorable Mention awards were given in five categories — painting, works on paper, photography, 3-dimensional work, and digital art — from the more than 100 works on exhibit representing 25 area high schools. The show was juried by prominent portraitist Morris Docktor.

Best in Show was awarded to Ethan Covello from Upper Dublin High School for his painting, "Henry VIII," which Docktor described as “Compelling! Evocative expression, strong composition, strong but sensitive use of color.”
