173-Home Development Off Durham Road To Be Reviewed Monday
Toll Brothers' proposal for a 173-home development off Durham Road near the township municipal building will be reviewed tonight.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A 173-home development proposed off Durham Road near the Newtown Township municipal building will be reviewed tonight by the township supervisors.
The proposal is the single item on tonight's work session of the Newtown Township Board of Supervisors. The meeting starts at 7 p.m.
According to plans shared by the township, Toll Brothers is proposing to construct 85 carriage home and 88 single-family units on 152 acres off Durham Road next to the administration building and abutting Twining Bridge Road. The current site plan would dedicate 21 acres of the parcel to open space.
