2023 Middletown Grange Fair: Photos From Opening Day
The Middletown Grange Fair, Bucks County's agricultural showcase, opened on August 16 at the fairgrounds in Wrightstown.

WRIGHTSTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — The Middletown Grange Fair opened its five-day run on Wednesday, August 16 with a celebration of Bucks County agriculture. The animals took center stage as 4-H members showed off their rabbits; alpacas and llamas; and Market Hogs. The fair also welcomed back Hutch Hamilton and his beautiful Belgian horses and paid a special tribute to the late Ruth Wright, who was a regular in the fair's daily tractor parade and competition. Coming up this week: Lots more animal shows, the Grange Fair chicken dinner, and live performances by "Y'all Or Nothing," "Shameless," "Buzzer Band" and "The Tri-County Band." Don't miss the fun. The fair runs daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free, but there is a $20 parking fee benefiting the Lingohocken Fire Company and the Bucks County FOP.
Here's a look at the first day of the fair in photographs.
