3 Newtown Area Roads Targeted For Pothole Repairs This Week

Drivers are reminded to slow down in work zones and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and the state's road workers safe.

NEWTOWN, PA — Motorists in the Newtown area can expect delays on several area roadways this week while maintenance crews conduct pothole repairs.

Maintenance crews from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will again be hitting the road repairing potholes on the following area roadways:

  • Route 413 (Durham Road), Buckingham, Wrightstown, and Newtown townships
  • Pineville Road, Upper Makefield Township
  • Lindenhurst Road, Lower Makefield and Newtown townships

Since January 1, PennDOT District 6 has received more than 6,025 customer concerns regarding potholes and has used more than 1,365 tons of asphalt across the five-county Philadelphia region.
