While one officer responded to the home of a victim, others began to search the area. One victim reported that they arrived home, pulled into their driveway and noticed a man inside the other car in the driveway, according to police.
The vehicle owner approached the subject, who fled the scene. Another victim said she went to her car that was parked in the garage and discovered that someone had been in it.

A second vehicle at the same location had also been entered and rifled through, the victim told police.
“The physical description of the suspect given by the first victim led police to believe that Baigis was involved due to recent arrests for the same type of crimes in the same area,” according to information from police.
When police went to his home, he was not there. However, when they returned 30 minutes later, he was there. After victims confirmed that Baigis was the man they had witnessed in their cars, he was arrested.
He arraigned by video with Judge Mark Douple and sent to Bucks County Corrections Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
