7 Council Rock North Students Qualify As National Merit Finalists

Seven Council Rock High School North students have qualified as National Merit Finalists.

Here are the Council Rock North finalists:

• Sean Condon
• Lauren D’Amelia
• Timothy W. Gehrsitz
• Mason J. Luff
• Dana R. Novikov
• Dorothy Zhao

Each year, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation chooses 50,000 of the highest-scoring participants across the country for program recognition.

The students named as finalists will continue to compete for merit scholarship money that is National Merit-sponsored, corporate-sponsored and college-sponsored, the district said.
