The Greystone has opened its outdoor patio, and it seats at least 130. An outside bar with additional seating will open within two weeks, restaurant representatives tell Patch.

Located at 552 Washington Crossing Road, The Greystone opened in April at the property formerly known as Lavender Hall or 552 Restaurant.

The establishment is owned by Brandon Smith, who has renovated the space. Smith is a former manager at TJ Smiths in Warrington, as well as Friends Bar and Grill in Newtown, which is owned by his brother.

Smith, who purchased the property last summer, has redesigned the interior of the building to give it a modern look that maintains the historic charm.
