Ann Taylor's Loft May Be Coming To Newtown, Report Says

The developer of a new mixed-use project in Newtown Borough is negotiating with Ann Taylor's Loft as a potential tenant, according to a report.

Allan Smith, whose Steeple View project is slated for South State Street, told Newtown Borough Council he's negotiating with the clothing retailer but it has not yet signed a contract, BucksLocalNews.com reports.

The Steeple View's confirmed tenants include Banana Republic and Francesca’s, both which specialize in woman's clothing.

Smith told council there has "been a lot of interest" in the retail locations.
