Attempted Child Luring Reported In Newtown
Breaking: Council Rock parents, be on the lookout for this gold Chrysler with Kentucky plates. It was involved with an attempted luring.
A child luring incident was reported in Newtown Wednesday. A Wrightstown Elementary School student was approached by two adults while walking home from the bus on Providence Court at about 4:23 p.m., according to information from the district.
The adults — one male and one female — were driving a gold Chrysler with Kentucky plates. One adult asked the student to get in the car. She moved away from the car, walked home and immediately told her parents, according to information from the school. The students parents notified the school and police.
