BCCC Hosting Writing Retreat Saturday

Looking to find your voice in writing? Well then the One-Day Retreat for Writers at Bucks County Community College is just for you.

The college will host the writing retreat Saturday Nov. 5 form 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Newtown campus library for just $15. You can register for the retreat online here or at the door, but space is limited to early registration is suggested.

Registration fees cover a continental breakfast and boxed lunch.

"Poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers from throughout the community are welcome to spend the day focusing on their writing, away from the demands and distractions of day-to-day life," retreat organizer, author and Professor Margaret Montet, said in a release. "Although the focus of the day will be on working independently, participants will be offered writing prompts and sharing opportunities"
