This Is The Best Grocery Store In Pennsylvania, Website Says

You've heard a lot about Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, and how Pennsylvania towns work to get the food chains to open in their communities.

But a newly-released ranking says another store has more to offer. Giant has been identified as the best grocery store in Pennsylvania, The Daily Meals says.

The popular food news website, which published its list last week, praised Giant for stocking its "great selection of name brand and store brand items." Plus, the store has "very nice employees and a nice interior."

It may not be the "hippest" place to grocery show, the website says, "the lower costs and excellent customer service" more than makes up for it.

To come up with its list, The Daily Mail said it "scoured the Internet" for as much information as it could find, cross-referencing other best-of lists that have previously been written as well as reviews on Google, Yelp, Foursquare and Facebook.

"We also conducted informal polls of friends, family, and acquaintances in far-off states in search of the answer, weighing concerns and praise about price, quality of products, and customer service, as well as store cleanliness," according to the site.
