"The BIG Give" In Newtown Collecting Essentials For Kids
Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia will be collecting essentials for local children on Saturday at the YMCA of Newtown.
NEWTOWN, PA — "The BIG Give" is coming to Newtown on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia is hosting its annual collection of essentials for local children on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the YMCA , 190 South Sycamore Street, Newtown.
Called "The BIG Give," the multi-county collection will help restock C2C’s shelves with quality new and gently used clothing for area children living in low-income, homeless and crisis situations during its busiest time of the year.

Most needed items include:
- Clothing in all sizes from newborn up (winter preferred)
- Shoes, boots, and sneakers
- Winter coats
- Gloves and hats
- NEW Socks
- NEW Underwear
- NEW Diapers and wipes
The rain date for "The BIG Give" is Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
