Blow Dry Bar Plans October Opening In Newtown

NEWTOWN, PA — A new blow dry bar will begin construction next month in Newtown, with a target opening date in October.

Cherry Blow Dry Bar will be located in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, which is currently undergoing a major renovation and expansion.

The business operates dozens of blow dry bars across the country, including in six in New Jersey and three in Pennsylvania. Nearby locations exist in Paoli, Glen Mills, Philadelphia, and Cherry Hill, N.J.

The business launched in 2013 and promises to provide "glam styling services at affordable prices."

Customers can purchase memberships and pre-paid blow out packages.

In addition to blow outs, the shops offer updos, braids, extensions, smoothing treatments and more.
