Bucks County's Grange Fair Just 10 Days Away
The countdown is on for the annual Bucks County tradition. The Grange Fair will be held from Aug. 17-21, 2016 in Wrightstown Township

The 68th Annual Middletown Grange Fair is just 10 days away. The fair, a Bucks County tradition, kicks off next month in Wrightstown Township.
The classic Bucks County fair will be held from Wednesday, Aug. 17 to Sunday, Aug. 21. It features animal demonstrations, various 4-H projects, rides, food, live music and lots of other entertainment.
The fair is a great event for the whole family. Young kids will love the animals, which include everything from cows to pigs, sheep and bunnies. Also for children, there are rides, including some kiddie rides for smaller children. Additionally there is lots of food, live entertainment, demonstrations, booths and giveaways, animal competitions and much more.

Here is some important information you should know before heading to the fair:
- Admittance to the fair is free but parking is $10 per car from Wednesday to Saturday. On Sunday it’s $5 per vehicle and free admission for veterans. A five-day pass is $30.
- Fair hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- The amusement park area will be open from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, the rides will be open from noon to 11 p.m. On Sunday, the rides will be open from noon to 5 p.m. On Wednesday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m., an unlimited ride pass is $20. A mega pass, good for rides all five days, is $40.
- Live entertainment includes everything from pig racing to a talent show, live music, magicians and more. Click here to see the full entertainment schedule.
- Come hungry. There is a variety of food available at various concession stands. Items for sale include hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, gyros, ice cream, funnel cake and much, much more. The popular chicken dinner is offered Thursday through Saturday. Tickets go on sale at 3:30 each day until they are sold out. The cost for the dinner is $15; $10 for children.
