90-Minute Restorative Experience

Join Stacey Friedman of (Lucky Girl Health & Wellness) and Cristin Garrigan (Rose Heart Reiki) for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and Reiki designed to help you soften, reset and return to yourself.
We’ll begin with time to settle in, get comfortable, and move through gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a peaceful sound bath while Cristin offers Reiki, creating a supportive energetic space for release, relaxation, and renewal.To close, you’ll receive a special mini-attunement with the crystal pyramid, followed by quiet reflection and optional sharing.
This experience is perfect for anyone craving stillness, energetic support, deep rest, or a beautiful pause from the noise of everyday life.
