Corner Bakery Cafe Has Busy Opening Morning
Some camped out to be one of 100 customers who will receive free coffee for a year at the eatery.
More than 100 people came out Wednesday morning to be there when the Newtown opened.
The first 100 customers received a travel mug and free coffee for the next year. Several other customers received free coffee passes for the day.
Nate and Jendi Korpi, of Newtown, were the first people in line for the 6:30 a.m. opening.

How did they get the prized first spot in line? Well, they camped outside the store overnight.
"We got here at 10 p.m. last night and camped until this morning," said avid coffee drinker Jendi.

The line was so long just before opening that officials from Corner Bakery were forced to tell people the line was already 100 deep and they had no more free coffee passes.
CEO of the Rose Group, the owner of the Newtown Corner Bakery and , Jeff Warden said the new eatery was a first of its kind in Bucks County. Warden proudly boasted about the freshness and quality of the store's breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
The Corner Bakery Cafe is located on West Road and open from 6:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Menu items range from $3.79 to $7.99.
