Council Rock Choirs Competing In B-101 Christmas Choir Finals Today
Voting continues throughout the day until 9 p.m. tonight. The winners will be announced Friday morning on B-101.1.
NEWTOWN, PA — Voting is underway today in the B-101.1 Christmas Choir Competition.
Two choirs from Council Rock - the Council Rock High School NorthVoice and the Council Rock South Vocal Ensemble - are competing against Ridley High School in the radio station's final round.
Voting to determine the winner of this year’s competition is taking place through 9 p.m. today. Click here to vote. There is no limit on the number of votes you can cast.

The NorthVoice, performing the song, “What Child Is This?” competed in the first round of the
semifinals on Monday against Central Bucks South and Creative High School.
South, performing “Mambo Santa Mambo,” competed in the second round of the semifinals on Tuesday against Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School and the Moorestown Friends School.

Ridley High School, performing "Santa Claus is Coming To Town," competed on Wednesday against Cherry Hill West High School and Springfield Township High School.
The first, second and third place winners will be announced Friday morning at 7 a.m. on B-101.1.
The winning group will be invited to perform at the Kimmel Center on Wednesday, December 14 with the Philly Pops, plus receive a monetary prize of $5000 to be used for their music program.
The second place winner will receive a $2,000 cash prize and the third place winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize - all to benefit their school music programs.
