Council Rock Graduation Date 'Firmly Established' For June 20

Will there be any more snow days for Council Rock students? Let's hope not. But if there is, one thing is certain: the date for graduation ceremonies is set.

Council Rock School District officials say high school graduation dates are "firmly established" regardless of whether there are any additional inclement weather days.

Graduation ceremonies will be held on Wednesday, June 20 with the Council Rock North ceremony starting at 4 p.m., and the South ceremony starting at 6 p.m. June 20 is also the current last day of school.

After the two snow days last week, students are attending Monday and Tuesday. The entire week was previously scheduled for spring break.

The season's fourth nor'easter storm in March arrived to the Philadelphia region Wednesday. Schools were closed Wednesday and Thursday.
