Council Rock Holding E-Waste Recycling Event

Recycle your unwanted electronics on April 9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Council Rock High School South.

The Council Rock School District is planning an e-waste recycling event this spring.

The recycling event will be held Saturday, April 9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Council Rock High School South, 2002 Rock Way, Holland.

During the event, residents can recycle the following items:

  • cell phones
  • personal computers
  • laptops
  • printers
  • wires
  • video games
  • TVs and more

There will be a $25 cash-only charge for televisions and monitors, except for LCD/LED.

The event is for residents of the Council Rock School District only, according to E-Waste Experts, which is coordinating the recycling event. If you have e-waste you want to recycle, you can bring it to the company's Bristol faculty. There is a 30 cent per pound charge for televisions. For more information visit www.ewasteexperts.com.
