Council Rock Indoor Color Guard Wins Gold At MAIN Championships
The North team competed against 11 other schools and earned a score of 88.910 to earn the top finish with their show, "Red Ribbon."
NEWTOWN, PA —The Council Rock North Indoor Color Guard earned the 2023 Gold Medal
Championship title in the MAIN Scholastic Novice Weir Division.
The two day MAIN (Mid Atlantic Indoor Network) Championships were held at RWJ Barnabas Health Arena, Toms River, New Jersey on Saturday, April 22.

Aside from being members of the Council Rock North Marching Band in the fall, Color Guard members participate through the winter and early spring in the Indoor Guard.

Members of the Indoor Color Guard refine their skills in the performance of movement, dance, spinning, and tossing in the comfort and warmth of being indoors. Rehearsals usually begin in December, and the competition season for the Guard starts in the winter months and lasts into early spring.
