Council Rock North Voice To Perform At Newtown Presbyterian

NEWTOWN, PA — The Council Rock High School North Voice will perform in concert on Thursday, May 25 at the Newtown Presbyterian Church, 25 North Chancellor Street, Newtown. The concert begins at 7 p.m.

NorthVoice is Council Rock North’s top-tier and highly-competitive choral ensemble. The group performs a varied repertoire from Renaissance motets to vocal jazz and from classical to contemporary choral literature.

NorthVoice sings at a variety of events throughout the school and community. All members of NorthVoice also sing in Symphonic Choir or Chorale.

Mark your calendar for these upcoming events presented by the Newtown Presbyterian Church:

  • The Historic Church Committee will host an Olde-Fashioned Strawberry Social on Sunday, June 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the grounds of the historic church on Sycamore Street (next to the Promenade). There will be one service at 10 a.m. inside the historic church followed by the strawberry social.
  • A spring blood drive will be held on Thursday, June 15 from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the church on Chancellor Street. Appointments may be made by visiting www.redcrossblood.org or by contacting Peg Mitchell at 215-579-8120.
