Council Rock Parents Asked To Have Backup Transportation Plan
Due to the Super Bowl, Durham Transportation is anticipating challenges on Monday, Feb. 13 with driver shortages or canceled routes.

NEWTOWN, PA — The Council Rock School District is asking parents to have a backup transportation plan in place for Monday, Feb. 13.
In a notice posted on the district's social media, district officials said that due to the Super Bowl, the district's contracted transportation provider, Durham Transportation, is anticipating challenges on Monday, Feb. 13 with driver shortages or canceled routes.
"Durham is working to mitigate the impact on our students and parents," district officials write.

"Please be prepared to make backup transportation plans, such as driving your student or carpooling, should issues occur with shortages and routes," said the district.
