PA Couple Gave Away Teen Daughter To Man Who Impregnated Her Twice: Police
Lee Kaplan was charged after authorities found 12 girls living at his Bucks County home. The parents have also been charged with conspiracy.

A Bucks County man is behind bars, held on $1 million bail, after authorities say he sexually assaulted and fathered two children with a teen girl who was "gifted" to him by her parents.
Lee Kaplan, 51, was arrested by Lower Southampton police Thursday on numerous charges after authorities located 12 female children in his Old Street Road home in Feasterville, court records show.
Authorities say one of the females, now 18, was given to Kaplan after he helped a Lancaster County couple out of financial trouble. Patch is not identifying the couple to protect the identity of their daughter, a victim of sexual assault.

The Amish couple who gifted their child have also been arrested and are being held on $1 million bail in Bucks County prison, court records show.
The 18-year-old had two children with Kaplan — a 3-year-old and a 6-month old, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Authorities have not revealed if they believe any of the other children were sexually assaulted. The other children, aside from the two fathered by Kaplan, all belong to the Lancaster couple, but it is unclear why they were living with Kaplan, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
It is also not clear how Kaplan met the Amish couple. The children have been removed from the home and are in protective custody.
Authorities say the children did not show outward signs of abuse when authorities located them Thursday.
"The conditions in the house were fine," Lower Southampton Det. Sgt. Shane Hear told the Courier Times. "They were not undernourished. Kaplan has a farm there and chickens running all over the place. I guess they were living off the land."
Kaplan has been charged with eight felonies, including two counts of statutory sexual assault, two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of corruption of minors.
The children's parents have been charged with conspiracy and endangering the welfare of children.
