Woodbourne Road Closed For 'Extended Period" Near Newtown Bypass: Police

Police say Woodbourne Road will be closed "for an extended period of time" Friday evening after an earlier crash.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police say Woodbourne Road will be closed "for an extended period of time" Friday evening between the Newtown Bypass and Lower Silver Lake Road, after an earlier car crash.

All other previously closed roads are open, police said.

Police first announced the crash at 3:38 p.m. but did not provide further information.
