CRN Girls Volleyball goes PINK for the Night with Dig Deep Event
CRN Girls Volleyball raises money and awareness for Breast Cancer
On Oct. 20, Council Rock High School North Girls Volleyball team presented the Healing Consciousness Foundation with a check for $1000. The money was raised during their annual “Dig Deep” match against Council Rock South. The match was dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer, where each team member played in honor or memory of someone diagnosed with the disease.
Dr Beth DuPree, a nationally known breast surgeon, founded the Healing Consciousness Foundation. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those at high risk for or diagnosed with breast cancer through holistic healing modalities, education and life style changes.
