Dr. Christina Carson-Sacco Presents Parenting In The 21st Century: We Never Got A Handbook! - October 13
Dr. Christina Carson-Sacco Kicks-off Council Rocks Raising Great Kids Series - Parenting In The 21st Century: We Never Got A Handbook!

As parents, we rarely receive the training and support to help us with the most important job in our life – raising healthy and well-adjusted children. As our child’s first and most significant teacher, we need to continually educate ourselves on how to create a healthy environment that develops their emotional well-being, fosters resilience and overall happiness in this ever changing world.
On Thursday, October 13th at 7 pm at Council Rock High School North, Dr. Christina Carson-Sacco, Licensed Clinical Psychologist of The Center for Neuropsychology & Counseling, will help educate parents as she presents Parenting in the 21st Century: we never got a handbook! Dr. Carson-Sacco will address a variety of parenting topics that apply to children of all ages. Learn about your parenting style, what to expect, how development interacts with our parenting, how to meet both your own and your child’s needs, how to insulate your child to stress, and how to deal with technology. Attendees will come away with specific strategies that will help you raise healthy children.
"Some would say that being a parent is one of the hardest jobs there is. I believe we are all doing our best, but by coming together to discuss and learn, we can improve the way we face those challenges,” says Dr. Carson-Sacco. An expert, Dr. Carson-Sacco's straight-forward and down-to-earth approach has helped many children, adolescents, and parents, around emotional, school, relationship, and family issues since 1989.
