Drugs Seized During Early Morning Traffic Stop In Upper Makefield
Unable to post bail, the driver is now in Bucks County jail awaiting court action.

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — A driver is facing drug possession charges after a traffic stop yielded a stash of marijuana.
At 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, officers stopped a car for an expired registration on Taylorsville Road at Mt. Eyre Road. An ensuing investigation resulted in the recovery of a large amount of marijuana and related products and paraphernalia.
The contraband was seized, the car was impounded, and the driver was placed under arrest for possession with intent to deliver and related charges, police said.

The driver was later remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await court action after failing to post bail.
