Emu Captured After Roaming Roads In Newtown Twp.
Newtown Township Police seek the owner of the animal who was wandering the streets on Thursday night.

NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —An Emu was on the loose in the township.
And after capturing the animal on Thursday night, the Newtown Township Police Department is now seeking its owner.
Newtown Township Police said they encountered an Emu wandering in the area of Stoopville Road and Rosefield Drive.

Anyone with information about who owns the animal should contact the Bucks County non-emergency number at 215-328-8524 so the emu can be reunited with its owner and brought home safely.
