A great full body workout sure to make you sweat and tone. This class is broken into 3 sections, 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength (both lower and upper body) and 20 minutes of ab/core. Work every muscle and get your heart rate up in just 45 minutes. Please bring 5lb dumbbells and a mat. This class accommodates all fitness levels.
