What is needed to live and die with compassion? The philosophy and wisdom teachings rooted in the traditions of Buddhism and Kaula Tantra address this question in a practical and direct way. We will examine how we can respond with more grace and openness when we feel things are falling apart. Practices that establish resilience and ease will be taught that can be used by everyone during life, and that are indispensable during the dying process. These practices can be done in support of yourself or another. The stages of dying will be discussed, as well as how we can best care for ourselves or others during the death process.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
